Returns & Exchange Policy

At Signs and Digits, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for new and unused items. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we cover the return shipping. For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, you are responsible for shipping costs. Please note that sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

To return or exchange an item, contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely, including your order number inside. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, though shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For exchanges, your new item will ship within 6 business days once the returned item is received. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or a refund.
