How long does it take to make and ship my sign?
Most orders are made and shipped within two business days. Each sign is inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our workshop.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping within Australia is free on all house numbers. Express shipping (3–5 business days depending on your location) is also available, and the cost is shown at checkout. We ship worldwide: see our Shipping page for details.
How do I make sure my sign is correct?
Please double-check your house number, street name, font, colours and size before placing your order.
What are the signs made from?
Our signs are handcrafted from premium acrylic, selected for its strength, weather resistance and flawless finish. They are fade-resistant, weather-proof and meticulously bonded. Learn more about our materials.
How do I install my sign?
You can choose a mounting option on the product page: double-sided tape, hidden stand-offs or aluminium stand-offs. See our Installation Guides for step-by-step instructions.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for new and unused items. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned. Read our full returns and exchange policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
